Fresh Take: The Revamped Citroen e-Berlingo: More Miles on Your Journey

The latest incarnation of the Citroen Berlingo boasts a sleek new look, aligning with the modern design language from Citroen. Besides the facelift, the van now comes equipped with a larger 10-inch touchscreen and an upgraded infotainment system. The heart of the vehicle remains its versatility, as it continues to excel in its unique class. The e-Berlingo is available in 4.40 and 4.75 meter lengths, with seating options reaching up to seven in the extended version.

Navigating long items has never been easier, as the front passenger seat can fold flat, creating a maximum loading length of 2.70 or 3.05 meters. Citroen designed the e-Berlingo with a multitude of storage solutions, boasting 27 compartments and a maximum volume of up to 186 liters.

Enhanced Performance and Efficiency

The reduced dependency on fossil fuels is no exception for the updated e-Berlingo. Powered by a 50 kWh lithium-iron phosphate battery, this eco-friendly model offers an impressive range of up to 345 km (WLTP) while keeping consumption as low as 18 kWh/100 km. Charging is convenient with standard single-phase 7.4 kW AC charging and optional three-phase 11 kW onboard charger, reducing charging time to as little as five hours.

Adjustable Regenerative Braking and Improved Charging Speed

The Citroen e-Berlingo now features a regenerative braking system that can be fine-tuned in three stages, offering more control to the driver. Furthermore, while the maximum DC fast-charging speed of 100 kW at charging stations remains the same, charging times can be significantly reduced thanks to optional upgrades.

The versatile e-Berlingo continues to retain its signature practicality and efficiency, making it an ideal choice for diverse families and businesses.

Side-by-Side Comparison with Stellantis Group Models

Compared to other Stellantis Group models, the e-Berlingo shares similarities and differences in terms of range, performance, and battery specifications. For instance, the Citroen e-C4 X and e-C3 offer varying ranges, while the Peugeot Partner Tepee Electric operates on a different power architecture.
