Moors' Black Tigers Members, Tristan and Sebastian Pfeifer, Continue to Affiliate
The Black Tigers of the regional ice hockey league, GSC Moers, have enlisted the continued services of goalkeeper Tatjana Pfeifer and her brothers, forwards Tristan and Sebastian Pfeifer, for the upcoming season. This marks their fifth season with the club, as they don the black and yellow jersey once more.
"It's tremendous that Sebastian and Tristan continue to grace the Moers ice." Head coach Max Eberlein expressed. "Both players display exceptional tenacity, particularly when shorthanded, proving themselves genuine ironmen on the ice."
Tristan Pfeifer, expressing his enthusiasm for the new season, shared, "I am thrilled to return to the GSC Moers for another season in the regional league. Our unwavering ambition remains to secure a playoff spot." He goes on to commit the team to being in top shape for the season ahead, as well as expressing gratitude towards the fans for their unwavering support.
Sebastian Pfeifer echoed his brother's sentiment, saying, "I can't wait for the new season to begin. Despite the numerous injuries we faced last season, we demonstrated our competence in the regional league. The camaraderie and spirit within the team have always been strong, and with some reinforcements, we aspire to challenge the top-tier teams once more, striving towards our ultimate goal: cementing the GSC Moers within the regional league."
With the Pfeifer siblings accounting for a significant portion of the club's roster, they will undoubtedly play a key role in achieving the Black Tigers' objectives for the upcoming season. The trio's collective dedication to the team underscores their mutual desire for success in the regional league.
