Moer's Night of the Bands showcases live music performance by Moer
The Night of the Bands event is set to return to Moers, Germany, on Saturday, September 27, 2025. This annual music festival transforms 14 local pubs, cafés, and restaurants into live concert venues, offering a diverse range of musical styles to create a lively party atmosphere in the Moers old town.
This year's event promises a rich mix of musical genres, with both new acts and returning favourites from previous editions. Organised by event expert Maik Böse, the Night of the Bands event offers a unique opportunity to experience live, handmade music performances across multiple venues.
Some of the confirmed acts for this year's event include:
- Bobby Moo & Friends at Café Lyzeum, offering a blend of Folk, Pop, Blues, and Jazz.
- Freezeland at Vinn, the shooting house, making a return to the event.
- "Mama Mucke", a new discovery at the event, will perform at the café am Kastell and is known for their party and rock covers.
- The Pop-Rock-Cover combo "Mama Mucke" is also married to the Mondrian band night.
- Piccolo will feature Alex Chilla, a Soul & Pop Cover artist.
- The dance school Helfer will host the acoustic heroes, who will perform Pop/Rock/Party/NDW music.
- Café des Arts will host Fidgets, a Party Cover band.
- The small pub Asberg will participate with Coversutra, offering Rock Covers.
- Generation X will perform Alternative Rock at The Röhre.
- Barriola will bring Latin, Flamenco, and Pop to Feinkost Schneiderei.
- Rob Sure will perform Rock Covers at Fiddlers.
In addition to these acts, Diebels Live will present The Lucky Ones, who specialize in Schlager and more. Hauke Quaer, a great saxophonist, will also perform at the Weinhaus Engeln during the event.
The Night of the Bands event is not limited to pubs, but brings the pub atmosphere to various locations. A shuttle bus will depart from Kastellplatz to the outer venues, making it easy for attendees to explore the different music offerings.
Tickets for the event are available for 16 euros online, at Moers Marketing, and at most participating locations. Tickets at the evening boxes will cost 20 euros.
