Intimate Encounters: Models Engage in Kissing, Touching, and Romantic Gestures During Photoshoot for Rankin - Models photographed by Rankin in a bed setting.

It's crunch time in the '25th edition of Germany's Next Top Model' (GNTM), with only five men and five women still in the running. But this week, things heat up off the runway as the models face a series of unexpected twists, rows, and steamy photoshoots.

GNTM 2025: The Unscripted Drama

In an intense interview training session, moderator Christian Düren fires off some provocative questions designed to provoke the models and put them on the defensive. Magdalena is labeled the "crybaby of the season," Daniela is dismissed as "insignificant," and Aaliyah is branded the "gossip queen." To make matters worse, Düren critiques the contestants' social media accounts, finding Eliob's topless videos "arrogant" and "self-absorbed." After the coaching, the models face tough questions from real journalists, Tanja May from the "Bild" newspaper and Stephanie Göttmann-Fuchs from the "Bunte" magazine. Canel opens up about her struggles with a violent and drug-addicted father, Magdalena reveals her battle with an eating disorder, Daniela discusses her sex life, and Eliob confesses he's a registered sperm donor. Headlines are made that the candidates didn't expect.

GNTM 2025: Steamy Photoshoots

For the shoot, the models team up in pairs for a lovey-dovey bedtime session on a trailer being driven through the streets of Los Angeles. Rankin, the photog, encourages a sensual and passionate mood, with Daniela and Moritz delivering the most convincing performance. Canel, Eliob, Zoe, and Pierre get closer during the shoot, but Magdalena and Jannik appear more reserved.

GNTM 2025: Weekly Controversy

The clash between Kevin and Aaliyah from the previous week comes to a head, causing an argument. During a family visit, Kevin criticizes Aaliyah for being sloppy and messy, while Aaliyah accuses Kevin of being disrespectful and fake. Zoe also finds herself in the hot seat when Kevin questions her behavior and relationships. The tension peaks when Kevin and Aaliyah are paired for a photo shoot, resulting in a less-than-stellar performance.

Guest Judges and Catwalk Chaos

Designer Christian Cowan joins Rankin to dress the models for the decision walk. Zoe expresses her excitement for Cowan's designs, while Moritz catches the designer's eye. The runway is set up in a park, made extra slippery by some rain. Despite the slick surface, Pierre, Aaliyah, and Magdalena manage to avoid falls. Canel delivers a standout performance, impressing the judges.

Eliminations and Klum Quips

After a mixed performance, Aaliyah and Kevin receive the axe and are sent packing, missing out on the semi-finals. Rankin expresses disappointment in their lackluster shoot and attitude. Aaliyah takes the elimination in stride, while Kevin expresses regret but acknowledges his time on the show has come to an end. Heidi Klum offers a hilarious parting shot: "Heidi Klum to Kevin and Aaliyah during the photoshoot: 'It looks like you're strangling her.'"

Heidi Klum, the renowned Germany's Next Top Model host, appears as a guest judge in the latest episode of GNTM 2025, adding her unique brand of humor to the show (entertainment). The models' performances on social media platforms also come under scrutiny during the interview training session, with critics evaluating their impact on viewership and fan engagement in the 'movies-and-tv' and 'social-media' realm.
