For those who couldn't attend on August 20, vouchers for a free burger redeemable at a later date were also available. Estimates suggest that around 180,000 free burgers will be given away through the event and voucher redemptions.
The promotion is not only a celebration of the Brewers' success but also a way to connect the community around the team's milestone. Thousands lined up at locations like 6181 S. Howell Ave. in Milwaukee for the free burgers, and the event was supported by local fans, including some city officials.
