Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) Tops Singapore's Hotel Brand Ranking
Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR), a subsidiary of the Hong Leong Group and part of City Developments Limited (CDL), has been recognised as Singapore's most valuable hotel brand in the Brand Finance Hotels 50 2025 global ranking. With a brand value of USD 421 million, MHR has climbed three positions from the previous year, marking a 5% increase in brand value[1][2].
This recognition is a validation of the hard work and strategic focus across the organization. Saurabh Prakash, Interim COO and CCO of MHR, attributes the achievement to a deliberate and focused strategy aligned with Kwek Leng Beng's Blue Ocean vision[1].
MHR's success is underpinned by its focus on digital innovation, personalized guest experiences, a reinvigorated loyalty program, sustainability, wellness, and food & beverage innovation. These elements help maintain relevance in the evolving travel market[1].
MyMillennium, MHR's loyalty programme, boasts over 4 million members and allows earning and redeeming points at over 145 participating hotels worldwide. MyMillennium BIZ offers tailored rewards for corporate bookers on business travels and events[2]. The programme offers three membership tiers - Classic, Silver, and Prestige - each with exclusive perks as members progress.
MHR properties are located in over 80 destinations across four continents, including New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Auckland, Beijing, and Singapore. Recent additions to the portfolio include M Social Resort Penang, launched in July, and M Social Hotel New York Downtown, set to open this October. M Social Hotel Sunnyvale, Florida is slated for launch in Q1 2026[2].
In terms of sustainability, all Singapore hotels under MHR are now full GSTC certified. MHR has also rolled out AI-powered assistants AVA and Ask Millie to enhance guest experiences[2].
