Enhanced casualties and equipment depletion for the Russian forces reported in the past day: 1060 personnel, 20 artillery systems, and 3 Ballistic Missile Launchers (BBMs) removed.

Military forces have obliterated over a thousand inhabitants and approximately twenty cultural artifacts.

In the last 24 hours, Russian losses have seen an additional 1,060 troops, 20 artillery systems, and 3 armored vehicles join the count.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, the rough total combat losses for the Russians, as of June 25, 2022, are:

  • personnel - approximately 1,006,120 (+1,060) people
  • tanks - around 10,940 (+1) units
  • armored fighting vehicles - around 22,814 (+3) units
  • artillery systems - approximately 29,228 (+20) units
  • MLRS - around 1,419 (+1) units
  • operational-tactical UAVs - around 40,981 (+177) units
  • automotive equipment and fuel tankers - around 52,175 (+79) units

These figures are subject to change as updates roll in.

Fast-forward to June 2025, the reported total Russian combat losses have soared. Current estimates suggest over 1 million personnel casualties, 10,000+ tanks, 22,000+ armored vehicles, and tens of thousands of other equipment losses. However, these numbers don't reflect the situation as of June 25, 2022. At that time, while Russian losses were significant, they hadn't reached the catastrophic levels seen in later stages of the war. The use of drones and artillery hadn't reached the same intensity at the early stage of the conflict.

The escalation in war-and-conflicts during the period from 2022 to 2025, as indicated in politics and general news, saw a drastic increase in Russian combat losses, with reports suggesting over 1 million personnel casualties, 10,000+ tanks, and 22,000+ armored vehicles lost, compared to the estimated 1,006,120 personnel and around 22,814 armored vehicles reported on June 25, 2022.

Despite the significant losses reported on June 25, 2022, the use of drones and artillery systems hadn't reached the same intensity as later stages of the conflict, with only 40,981 operational-tactical UAVs and approximately 29,228 artillery systems reported at the time.
