Mila Kunis Has New Priorities in Her Life - Mila Kunis joins Knives Out as a detective—then steps back for family

Mila Kunis will star in Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery, the latest instalment in the popular detective series. She plays a police officer working alongside Daniel Craig’s Detective Benoit Blanc. Directed by Rian Johnson, the film marks her fifth role in as many years—though she now plans to slow down for family life.

Kunis first met her husband, Ashton Kutcher, while filming That ’70s Show in the late 1990s. The couple married in 2015 and now have two children: daughter Wyatt, 11, and son Dimitri, 8. She has often spoken about motherhood, calling the entire experience her favourite part of parenting.

The new Knives Out mystery will see Kunis in a prominent role, though her future projects may become less frequent. By reducing her workload, she aims to focus on her family while continuing to act. The film is set to release in cinemas later this year.
