Mike Perry resumes his clash with arch-rival Conor McGregor in BKFC contest.
Mike Perry and Jeremy Stephens are set to square off in a highly-anticipated middleweight matchup at the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) event, BKFC 82, scheduled for October 4, 2025, at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
The announcement of the fight marks Perry's return to the BKFC ring after a year's hiatus. The American fighter, who remains undefeated in BKFC with five wins, will face Jeremy Stephens, an unblemished BKFC veteran with a record of 2-0.
Stephens, known for his verbal sparring with UFC star Conor McGregor, has previously tasted success in BKFC, winning against Eddie Alvarez at KnuckleMania V in January.
Meanwhile, in the UFC world, there has been no new information about the upcoming fight involving Alexander Volkanovski or Sean Strickland. Strickland, however, found humour in a previous incident that led to his disqualification.
Interestingly, Dustin Poirier has disputed the myth about Khamzat Chimaev's physical superiority, creating a buzz in the MMA community.
Mike Perry, who lost to Jake Paul in a boxing match last July, will be looking to make a statement in his BKFC return against Stephens. The main event of the October 4 fight in Newark promises to be a thrilling spectacle for MMA and BKFC fans alike.
