Middle-aged individual sets off in vehicular expedition following unwelcome late-night activation of warning device, aged 42 years.

In the heart of Memmingen city centre, an extraordinary event took place last night. Danny Rauh, a local advertising technician and enthusiast of old films, managed to capture a faithful replica of the iconic "Ecto-1" from the 1984 film "Ghostbusters - Die Geisterjäger".

Danny, who specializes in family photography as a side job, was drawn to the bridal boutique Eden, where the vehicle was set up. He was captivated by the backdrop, stating that everything fit: the lighting, the street lamps, and the surroundings. The photos show the typical roof structures, flashing lights, and unmistakable logo of the Ecto-1 car.

Danny heard about the car's location from an acquaintance and, seizing the opportunity, decided to head to the city centre at 10 pm to take photos. However, he had initially planned to visit the Kfz-Turner workshop in Markt Rettenbach because they have more classic cars, but time constraints prevented him from doing so.

The owner of the modified classic vehicle, a true replica of the legendary "Ecto-1" from Ghostbusters, remains undisclosed. The car is reportedly owned by a Kfz-Turner workshop in Markt Rettenbach.

The photos taken by Danny Rauh are currently causing a stir on Facebook, with many admirers praising his skill and the unique setting. Danny has uploaded the photos to the Facebook page "Memmingen and Surroundings Through the Ages".

Danny Rauh, a fan of the 1984 film "Ghostbusters", also appreciates the music from the "Ghostbusters" films. His love for the franchise is evident in his photography, as he has attended several classic car meetings and taken cool photos of various vintage vehicles.

While the exact location of the photos was not specified earlier, it is now clear that they were not taken in Hollywood, where the original Ecto-1 car is on display at Sony Pictures Studios. Instead, the city centre of Memmingen provided an equally impressive backdrop for this memorable photoshoot.
