Metronom Gradually Suspends Train Traffic - Metronome halts all northern Germany train services amid extreme weather

Train services across northern Germany have ground to a halt due to severe weather. Metronome has announced a full suspension of its routes, leaving passengers facing major disruptions.

The shutdown covers all Metronome services in Lower Saxony, Bremen, and Hamburg. No trains will run on these routes until conditions improve.

Enno rail network services have also been cancelled. The decision follows warnings of extreme weather impacting safety and operations.

Passengers in the region must now find alternative transport. The suspension will remain in place until weather conditions allow services to resume safely.
