Meta & Amazon Launch React Foundation to Drive Ecosystem Growth
Meta, previously known as Facebook, and Amazon have officially launched the React Foundation, a new initiative under the Linux Foundation. This move aims to support and grow the React ecosystem.

It will also serve as the home for React Native and JSX, ensuring their continued development and maintenance. Additionally, the Foundation will take charge of organizing the annual React Conf event.

The governance of the React Foundation will be overseen by a board of directors, with Seth Webster appointed as the executive director.
