Kranz took on the role as MV Tourism GmbH began operations on October 1. The company will handle both domestic and international promotion of the state, along with shaping its long-term tourism strategy.

The state now has a dedicated team under Kranz to boost its tourism profile. MV Tourism GmbH will lead marketing efforts and strategic growth. The aim is to position Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania as a competitive and appealing USA holiday destination.
