Los Angeles Rams coach Sean McVay has suffered a serious foot injury, confirmed during an MRI, that will require him to dial back his intensity on the sidelines. The injury occurred during the Rams' impressive 33-19 victory over the Tennessee Titans.

McVay revealed the news during Monday night's appearance on his "Coach McVay Show." He stated that he tore his plantar fascia, and although he will be on the sidelines for the upcoming game, he may have to wear a walking boot during his recovery.

The coach, who is known for his energetic sprints down the sidelines to call timeouts or celebrate touchdowns with his players, might limp with a cool swag due to the injury. However, he assured that his foot is good.

Despite the injury, McVay will not play in the game. The Rams will visit the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday afternoon, who also have a 2-0 record. McVay did not specify when the injury occurred during the game.

Aaron Donald, the Rams' star defensive tackle, also suffered an injury during the same game. He sustained a shin ligament tear but will not miss time due to the injury. He may have to wear a shoe sole during his recovery and dial down his intensity.

McVay is 39 years old and has been a dynamic force for the Rams since taking over as head coach in 2017. His energetic and innovative coaching style has earned him widespread acclaim in the NFL.

The Rams and the Eagles are both looking forward to an exciting match-up, and although McVay's injury may limit his usual intensity on the sidelines, his presence and leadership will undoubtedly be felt.
