Mayor Dr. Michael Kern Visits Tintenkleckse Daycare Center
In a heartwarming visit during the holidays, Mayor Dr. Michael Kern of Ingolstadt paid a visit to the Tintenkleckse daycare center, located on the ground floor of Oberhaunstadt Primary School. The daycare center, one of over 30 municipal childcare facilities, cares for approximately 80 primary school children during holiday periods.
Accompanied by Adelinde Schmid, head of the department for childcare and education, and Suzana Biller, head of the primary area department, Dr. Kern was welcomed by numerous curious children. The children presented a self-designed canvas with the coat of arms of Ingolstadt, a creative gift that was gratefully received by the mayor.
