Going Back to the Hollywood Roots of Ferragamo

Dive into the world of Ferragamo as they return to their cinematic beginnings with the Pre-Fall 2025 campaign, titled "L'Avventura"—Chapter 2 of a three-part adventure! The creative mind behind this spectacle? Maximilian Davis, paired with Italian film director Alice Rohrwacher, who masterfully breathes life into each scene at Cinecittà Studios in Rome.

Chapter 2 takes center stage, highlighting the heat of high summer and the essential accessories that define Davis's vision. Gaze upon raffia sandals balanced on spherical cork soles, woven Gancini totes woven by hand, and slip-on mules that make a subtle statement. Each piece exudes a sense of innovation, echoing the natural fibers of Ferragamo's original patents—reflecting the brand's enduring experiments.

Rohrwacher sets the scene with a playful twist, as fabric ripples across the set to resemble waves, transforming the concrete floor into a temporary shoreline—a nod to Salvatore Ferragamo's practice of repurposing materials close at hand. As Davis explains, this is a testament to Ferragamo's innovative spirit and the craftsmanship that drives the brand.

"L'Avventura" sits between the film's opening and closing chapters, with each chapter unfolding throughout the season. Davis' goal is to merge the magic of Ferragamo's celluloid inception with the modern vibe of today, making "Ferragamo" synonymous with the big screen once more.
