Massive 480-bed hospital complex rises with cutting-edge steel construction
A new hospital complex is taking shape, with construction well underway. The site already employs over 300 workers, and that number continues to rise. Lightweight steel framing is being used across the entire facility to speed up the build.
The complex will feature a main hospital building, four ward blocks, a high-risk infectious disease unit, utility buildings, and a parking area. Each of the four ward blocks will house 120 beds, bringing the total to 480 patient rooms. Twelve elevators—three per ward block—are also being installed to improve access.
Workers are currently fitting drywall, laying electrical wiring, and completing plumbing in wards 2A and 2B. The main hospital structure combines lightweight steel thin-walled framing with reinforced monolithic sections for stability. On-site teams include fitters, finishers, plumbers, electricians, and elevator specialists, all contributing to the project's progress.
The hospital's design focuses on efficiency and safety, with steel framing ensuring durability. Once complete, the facility will provide 480 beds and modern medical infrastructure. Construction remains on track, with more workers joining the site each week.
