Mashed Potatoes and Kibbeh Nayeh Mix

Ingredients
- 1 large potato
 - 1/2 cup bulgur (100g)
 - 1/2 tomato
 - 1/2 onion
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons tomato paste
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons peppercorn sauce
 - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
 - Walnuts for garnish
 
Preparation
- Cook the potato in a microwave (you can also boil it in water).
 - Rinse the bulgur.
 - Dice the tomato and onion very finely.
 - Place the bulgur, tomato, and onion in a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
 - While waiting, heat the potatoes, peel them, and mash them with a fork or a potato masher.
 - Mix all the ingredients together, adding the cumin seeds, salt, and chili powder. Combine well.
 - Allow it to cool before shaping into small balls.
 - Pan-fry the balls in olive oil until they are golden brown.
 - Garnish with walnuts and serve. Enjoy!
