Enrichment Information:
Hühnchen-Masala, a German term, refers to "Chicken Tikka Masala," an Indian-inspired dish. It incorporates the marination of chicken pieces in yogurt, lemon juice, and spices, before grilling or cooking them, and subsequently simmering them in a creamy tomato-based sauce laced with additional spices.
The Hühnchen-Masala is not a traditional elementary ingredient in this Masale Bhat dish, but the techniques and spices used in the preparation of Chicken Tikka Masala can contribute to the enhancement of the flavors in the dish. You can consider incorporating similar spices such as Garam Masala and Kreuzkümmel, to supplement the depth and complexity of Masale Bhat’s taste.
