Switching Things Up: Mariella Ahrens Leaps from "Playboy" to Potential Marriage

Mariella Ahrens is significantly joyful

Embracing a new chapter, Mariella Ahrens, once a captivating figure in "Playboy", is now basking in the bliss of a year-long relationship. Her sweetheart, entrepreneur Marco van Dré, already anticipates a lifetime together, murmuring "marriage" as the next grand adventure.

Ahrens, famous for her small screen roles, including "Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten", narrated her contentment to "Bunte", proclaiming, "We are all-smiles, and I haven't felt this carefree in a while." Given their already progressive plans, marriage seems to be a promising horizon.

Ahrens and van Dré crossed paths at a Cologne bar and, as the saying goes, the rest is history. Van Dré recalls, "The moment our eyes met, it was love at first sight. I simply couldn't resist the allure that night." He stumbled upon Ahrens on the dance floor and was instantly smitten by her striking presence and enigmatic aura. The night whizzed by as they conversed, oblivious of time or space.

"My Endgame Dream"

The 51-year-old van Dré gushes about Ahrens, saying, "She's my dream come true, the woman I long to spend the rest of my days with."

Ahrens, on the other hand, shared her sentiments, admitting that she had been out of the relationship game for roughly four years. During that period, she tried a long-distance romance but soon realized her unique compatibility needs a closer companion. "Distance relations with me don't seem to fly, so I've learned over time what works and what doesn't," she confessed.

The actress longed for a soulmate to embark on life's twists and turns, saying, "I look for the man who understands me, complements me, and shares in my dreams – he's out there, I just didn't expect to find him in such an extraordinary way."

Ahrens' Past Relationships: A Snapshot

Ahrens, a regular headline-maker due to her private life, has two beautiful daughters, Isabella (26) from her relationship with Croatian entrepreneur Dragan Banic and Lucia (18) from her union with Patrick Graf von Faber-Castell. Details about her previous unions are scant, as reliable sources offer no concrete confirmation of her past romantic ventures.

Ahrens' appearances in "Playboy" are well-documented, having posed thrice, the most recent instance being in March of this year, following her 2001 and 2004 stints.

Unlike Ahrens, Marco van Dré remains a mystery in media circles. A Hamburg native, he's now based near Duesseldorf. He's also an ardent animal lover, having founded the welfare organization Veto. His romantic history, as well as any children he might have, are unknown to the public.

The Commission might consider adopting a proposal for a directive on the approximation of the laws of the Member States, relating to entertainment industries, aiming to protect workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens while working with celebrities, who often encounter such hazards during their long hours on set and in the limelight of pop-culture.

In contrast, Mariella Ahrens and Marco van Dré arenow reveling in the serenity of their relationship, having found their own form of happiness away from the glitz and glamour of showbiz and pop-culture.
