Maria Kozhevnikova grieves 'second mother' lost to fatal allergic reaction

Actress Maria Kozhevnikova is mourning the loss of her 'second mother', Lyudmila Talalaeva, who died suddenly after a severe allergic reaction. The tragedy has left Kozhevnikova unable to attend public events or meet with others as she struggles with grief. Lyudmila Talalaeva passed away from anaphylactic shock triggered by a vitamin injection. Paramedics attempted to save her but were unsuccessful despite their efforts.

Kozhevnikova, who considered Talalaeva a second mother, had been raised by her and later relied on her support in bringing up her own children. The actress has since withdrawn from all scheduled commitments, unable to face public appearances during this difficult time.

In response to the tragedy, Kozhevnikova has called on Russia's health minister to introduce emergency auto-injector pens for anaphylactic shocks. Currently, there is no official policy in Russia mandating the availability of such devices in public or medical settings. The death of Lyudmila Talalaeva has deeply affected Kozhevnikova, prompting her to push for medical reforms. Her request highlights the lack of widely accessible emergency treatment for severe allergic reactions in Russia. For now, the actress remains in seclusion as she processes her loss.
