"I had a whopping 12,000 contacts," Marc confessed in the interview, "But when I was at my lowest, struggling in rehab, only six people bothered to reach out." Initially shocked, he now sees a silver lining: "It helped clear the clutter, reduced the stress, and exposed the ones who truly matter."
