Both SC Freiburg and SV Werder Bremen are gearing up for a crucial encounter this Saturday at 3:30 PM. The suspense surrounding the match is heightened by the suspension of Freiburg's midfield player, Johan Manzambi, who will miss the game due to a red card in the previous match against VfB Stuttgart.

Manzambi, an undisputed starter for Freiburg this season, was handed a two-game ban for an unnecessary red card issued in the game against Stuttgart. SC Freiburg coach, Julian Schuster, has one or two solutions in mind to compensate for Manzambi's absence. The specific measures he will employ in the upcoming match are yet to be revealed, but given Freiburg's consistent offensive performance in recent matches, it's likely that Schuster will rely on other forwards in his squad.

Schuster has found the right way to deal with the two previous defeats against FC Augsburg (1:3) and at 1. FC Koeln (1:4). Last season, his Freiburg team won both league duels against Werder Bremen. The three goals scored in the last ten minutes of the state duel against VfB Stuttgart should give the SC a boost, with or without Manzambi.

On the other side of the pitch, Werder Bremen's new coach, Horst Steffen, will be aiming to continue the team's impressive form. Werder Bremen celebrated a breakthrough with the 4:0 win at Borussia Moenchengladbach last week. Schuster expects Werder Bremen to be capable of both attacking and waiting.

Johan Manzambi's absence has been a topic of discussion, with Schuster defending the player, explaining that the team has demanded a lot of commitment and will from him. Schuster also stated that Manzambi's action "shouldn't have happened - even in this situation." The red card was issued due to Manzambi hitting opponent Ramon Hendriks with his high leg on the head in stoppage time of the game.

SC Freiburg's offensive player, Manzambi, has been praised for his abilities by Schuster, who described him as "offensively capable of setting accents that do good and make it difficult for the opponent." Despite his suspension, Manzambi will at least be eligible to play in the Europa League debut against FC Basel next week.

The game against Werder Bremen will be a test for Schuster's solutions for compensating for Manzambi's absence. The upcoming match promises to be an exciting encounter, with both teams in a similar situation and eager to secure a win.
