Christian Eriksen, the 33-year-old former Manchester United midfielder, is currently training with a potential new club after parting ways with Old Trafford. The Danish footballer has been honing his skills with Malmö FF in Sweden, a move that has caught the attention of football enthusiasts worldwide.

Eriksen's three-and-a-half-year stint in Sweden follows his departure from Inter Milan. During this time, he has been keeping fit and maintaining his technical abilities, which are still evident in his training sessions.

Eriksen's successful career spans more than a decade and includes a stint with Manchester United, where he won the Carabao Cup in 2023 and the FA Cup in 2024. Before joining the Red Devils, he played for Ajax, Tottenham, Inter Milan, and Brentford.

At Manchester United, Eriksen did feature heavily under former manager Erik ten Hag. However, his tenure with the club came to an end after making just over 100 appearances and not making a significant impact under new boss Ruben Amorim.

Despite his previous successes, Eriksen is still searching for a new club. There have been rumours that the former Spurs man could potentially be a decent pick-up at the age of 33. In June, Wrexham made an audacious offer to sign him, but Eriksen has stated that he does not plan to return to England at the moment.

Recently, Eriksen was spotted training with Malmö FF in a video by Swedish journalist Johan Dolck Wall. However, as of September 2025, Eriksen is no longer with Malmö FF. He has signed with VfL Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga, using his time with Malmö FF to prepare for his move to the German club.

As Eriksen continues his training with Wolfsburg, football fans eagerly await the announcement of his official signing. With his impressive career and technical abilities, it is certain that he will bring a valuable addition to any team he joins.
