Man under investigation for Fort Stewart shooting faces potential conviction for attempted homicide
Army Sergeant Quornelius Radford, a 28-year-old automated logistics sergeant at Fort Stewart, Georgia, is facing 13 serious charges following a shooting incident at the military base last week.
The incident occurred within Radford's supply unit on August 6, 2025, where he allegedly opened fire with a personal handgun, wounding five soldiers and missing a sixth. The shooting was subdued by other soldiers at the scene, and Radford was taken into pretrial confinement after appearing in a military courtroom.
