Major League Soccer's MLS Season Pass reveals its broadcasting partners, in partnership with Apple

The Major League Soccer (MLS) Season Pass has announced an impressive lineup of analysts and commentators for the upcoming 2023 season. The roster includes a mix of former MLS players, international football stars, and experienced television personalities.

Danielle Slaton, a silver medalist at the 2000 Olympic Games and bronze medalist at the 2003 FIFA Women's World Cup, will join the MLS Season Pass team. Slaton, who has been a television game analyst for the last 13 years, including the last eight with the San Jose Earthquakes, brings her extensive knowledge and passion for the game to the Pass.

Kyndra de St. Aubin, a television analyst for Minnesota United FC since 2016 and a two-time FIFA Women's World Cup analyst with FOX Sports, also joins the MLS Season Pass team. De St. Aubin's experience and insights will provide valuable analysis during matches.

Max Bretos, who has previously hosted MLS coverage and done play-by-play for ESPN, will join as the play-by-play voice for Los Angeles Football Club. Bretos' energetic style and deep understanding of the sport promise to create an engaging viewing experience for fans.

Bradley Wright-Phillips, a former MLS player and six-time MLS Golden Boot winner, will make his debut as a studio analyst on the whip-around show. Wright-Phillips' first-hand experience and keen eye for the game will offer unique insights to viewers.

Jillian Sakovits will join the team as a pregame studio host, setting the stage for each match with her engaging personality and in-depth knowledge of the sport.

Steve Cangialosi, who has handled play-by-play duties for the New York Red Bulls on MSG for 21 years and the New Jersey Devils for 12, will join as a play-by-play announcer. Cangialosi's extensive experience in sports broadcasting will undoubtedly enhance the viewing experience for fans.

Maurice Edu, a member of the 2010 US World Cup team, has spent the past five years as an analyst with FOX Sports and provided soccer commentary for CBS Sports. Edu's expertise and insight will be valuable additions to the MLS Season Pass team.

The Spanish-language analysts for MLS Season Pass include Herculez Gomez, who previously played for teams like LA Galaxy and FC Dallas, and Poncho Sosa, who played for teams such as the LA Galaxy and San Jose Earthquakes in the MLS. Their knowledge and understanding of the sport, combined with their fluency in Spanish, will provide an engaging experience for Spanish-speaking fans.

Tony Cherchi, who has covered soccer extensively for ESPN, Univision, and Tubi, including multiple World Cups, will serve as Spanish-language studio host and an analyst on select matches throughout the season. Cherchi's experience and insight will offer valuable analysis during matches.

Lori Lindsey, a member of the 2011 US Women's World Cup team, has been a soccer analyst for ESPN and CBS Sports and has also worked as a sideline reporter for Nashville SC. Lindsey's expertise and passion for the game will provide valuable insights to viewers.

Liam McHugh, who leads Turner Sports' NHL coverage, will serve as cohost of the weekly whip-around show that will cover all the key moments from every match. McHugh's energetic style and deep understanding of sports will create an engaging viewing experience for fans.

Jake Zivin, the popular TV voice of the Portland Timbers, will join as a play-by-play announcer. Zivin's enthusiasm for the game and his ability to engage with fans promise to make for an exciting viewing experience.

Commentary will be available in English, Spanish, and French, with matches involving Canadian teams also offering commentary in French. MLS Season Pass will feature every match of the regular season, Audi MLS Cup Playoffs, and Leagues Cup all in one place, with consistent match times and no blackouts.

Pablo Ramírez, a popular Spanish television announcer, will lead Univision's soccer coverage. Ramírez's energetic style and deep understanding of the sport promise to create an engaging viewing experience for Spanish-speaking fans.

Frederic Lord will be one of the lead play-by-play voices on the French broadcasts. Lord's extensive experience in sports broadcasting will undoubtedly enhance the viewing experience for French-speaking fans.

Sébastien Le Toux, a former MLS player, has worked as a studio analyst for PHL 17's coverage of the Philadelphia Union the last four seasons. Le Toux's insights and analysis will provide valuable perspectives for fans.
