A 36-year-old resident of Magadan has been convicted by the supreme court for driving under the influence of alcohol. The supreme court has sentenced the driver to a fine of 200,000 rubles and revoked his driving license for 2 years. This is not the first time the driver has been fined for this offense.

The driver, who was behind the wheel of a Toyota Hilux Surf, initially refused to take an alcohol test when stopped by traffic police. However, he later admitted his guilt.
