Lupita D'Alessio expresses continuing issues with Ari Borovoy and Bobo Productions, asserting, "I am not a slave to anyone."

Lupita D'Alessio's professional relationship with Bobo Producciones has become tense and conflictive following her retirement announcement. The singer publicly revealed dissatisfaction and feelings of betrayal towards the company, led by Ari Borovoy, accusing them of lack of genuine support and investment despite being presented as "family" when she joined.

The controversy began in June when Lupita stated that she no longer wanted to be around the Borovoy brothers (Jack and Ari) due to alleged neglect of concert preparation. This public dispute has continued, with Lupita accusing Bobo Producciones of withdrawing its support and investment from her shows, and reducing the budget for her concerts after her retirement announcement.

Despite the allegations, the labor relationship between Lupita and Bobo has not ended yet. They still have a concert scheduled for August 30th in the Palenque de Villahermosa, Tabasco. Lupita's health issues, caused by commercial flights she had to take each time she left Cancun, travel to CDMX, and make a stop, led to bronchitis and other effects. However, when her health began to decline, Bobo assigned her a private plane for travel.

The tension seems rooted in disagreements over contract terms, promotion, and mutual expectations during her final tour. While the company insists on protecting its image, Lupita voices feeling let down by the business side of the partnership.

Lupita's official Instagram still lists Bobo Producciones as her management and booking contact, indicating the formal relationship remains at least until the conclusion of her tour. However, the public dispute reveals that trust and cooperation have significantly deteriorated in this final phase of her career.

Ari Borovoy's statement, made in an interview conducted in April, four months ago, seems to have added fuel to the fire. In the statement, Borovoy declared that there are artists who, after achieving fame, adopt an ungrateful behavior towards those who helped them. Lupita believes the statement was about her, despite no direct reference being made.

This situation has taken a toll on Lupita, with the bad relationship with Bobo Producciones taking away her daily peace. Lupita reaffirmed her statement this morning, claiming that the matter was a matter of miscommunication that could be resolved.
