Lucid Nights 2026 Fuses Underground Beats and Art in Mexico City's Heart
Lucid Nights Mexico City 2026 is set to bring its signature blend of house, techno, and underground energy to Mexico City's historic centre. The event takes place on Saturday, February 7, at Terraza Catedral, running from 2:00 PM into the late hours. Organisers promise an immersive experience with cutting-edge sound, visual art, and a diverse lineup of international DJs.
Founded in 2018 by DJ Santamaría, Lucid Nights began as a three-night 'block party' in Sayulita, Nayarit. Over time, it has grown into a nomadic movement, though no other host cities in Mexico or the US have been confirmed before its 2026 return to Mexico City. This edition aligns with Art Week, adding to the cultural buzz of the city.
The lineup features a mix of talent from Seattle and Mexico. Santa María Rivera and Bgeezy will represent Seattle, while Alain Hellion, Chema y Rich, and Absentune bring sounds from Mexico City and Morelia. The event is known for merging high-energy European underground beats with the melodic, sun-soaked vibes of Tulum and the Yucatán.
Tickets are sold in phases, with Phase 2 currently priced at $150 MXN online. Those buying at the door will pay $200 MXN. Attendees can expect more than just music—striking visuals, art installations, and audiovisual performances will fill the space.
Lucid Nights Mexico City 2026 offers a full day of electronic music and visual art in one of the city's most iconic locations. With a lineup spanning Seattle and Mexico, the event continues its tradition of blending cultures and sounds. Doors open at 2:00 PM, with the party running well into the night.
