Skaggs' relationships with senators and knowledge of the legislative process will be an asset to Pro Tem Gudger.
Tim Howe, Gudger's former Chief of Staff, announced last month he would be taking on a new position at the head of FORGEPAC's incumbent protection program. The details about Wesley Walter and his role in this change are not available at this time.
