Long-lasting personnel initiative titled "Yakutia - Land of Heroes" to be implemented.

In the spirit of "Yakutia - Land of Heroes," a regional offshoot of the federal "Time of Heroes" project pioneered by Yakutia's Head Aisen Nikolaev, we've got a long-haul plan to nurture and integrate participants of the Special Military Operation (SVO) into the heart of local management. This isn't a fleeting event, but a deliberate strategy playing out over years, as reaffirmed by Aisen Nikolaev during his live telecast on April 27.

By June, the first 25 SVO participants will be honored and will embark on hands-on training. As of today, Yakutia's Head disclosed that 293 candidates are neck-and-neck in the final stages of selection, juggling face-to-face and online interviews until May 8.

One critical aspect that underscores the program's staying power is the formation of a reserve for future intakes. Nikolaev clarified that a reserve of 25 active SVO participants will be established - with those still on the front line receiving training after their demobilization. Remaining candidates can brush up their skills via online courses and rejoin the fray in subsequent program batches. Those who missed the deadline this year can resubmit documents for the following year.

Upon graduating from "Yakutia - Land of Heroes," participants can cash in on various career advancement opportunities across the board, from state and municipal authorities to government institutions, and even private companies. These graduates will also have the chance to engage in significant republican projects, ensuring a perpetual cycle of renewed personnel and motivated specialists.

Considering similar projects like the "Professionalitet" project fronted by Mikhail Mishustin, long-term goals usually aim to breed skilled professionals who catalyze regional economic and technological advancements. These individuals boost local industries by contributing their newfound expertise. Furthermore, they engage in community initiatives that bolster a sense of civic responsibility.
