German international Leroy Sane is reportedly in discussions with several top English clubs, according to "Sport Bild." The offensive powerhouse, currently contracted to Bayern Munich, has caught the eye of not only Tottenham Hotspur but also Arsenal and Chelsea.
Tottenham Hotspur, fresh from securing their place in the Champions League following their Europa League victory, appear to leading the charge. Sane's agent, Pini Zahavi, is believed to have a strong connection with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy, giving the north London club a potential edge in negotiations.
Arsenal, too, are interested in the dynamic attacker. Reports suggest they are preparing a formal offer to secure Sane's services. However, Tottenham seems to have taken the lead in the race for the 29-year-old's signature.
Sane spent three seasons at Manchester City before joining Bayern Munich in 2020. His current contract with the German champions expires this summer.
Bayern Munich are reportedly willing to adjust Sane's remuneration package to retain his services, following his appointment of new agent Pini Zahavi.
