This summer, London's very own Sports Fest extravaganza is set to enthrall the City! Kicking off later this month and running through October, the vibrant heart of London will serve as a playground for numerous sports, mingling the city's business hub with the benefits of staying active.

The festivities commence at the Guildhall on May 22-23, followed by a padel session at Tower Hill Terrace and St Paul's Cathedral. Padel table tennis willpop up in Aldgate and Mansion House, while pickleball graces St James's Park. Bucketball takes center stage in Aldgate, and table tennis finds its place at Paternoster Square. Additionally, the Guildhall will host football and basketball matches. Find the full schedule below for a glimpse of the sporty happenings.

The London Sports Festival is a brainchild of the Central London Alliance CIC, designed to promote business, sports, and cultural opportunities within the City of London. Tony Matharu, chairman of the Alliance, expressed his enthusiasm about the event, stating that it will celebrate the "positive impact of sporting activities, engaging the local community and highlighting central London's innovative and creative skills."

Chris Hayward, policy chairman for the City of London Corporation, added that the program will offer "unique experiences" throughout the working week and weekends. By animating iconic locations like St Paul's Cathedral and Mansion House, we are, according to him, connecting residents, workers, and visitors through the power of sport.

The festival provides not just exhilarating sports events, but also networking opportunities and showcases from elite athletes. So dust off your sports gear, grab your friends, and get ready to immerse in the thrilling London Sports Festival!
