Felix Lobrecht's "Gemischtes Hack" Podcast Returns After Summer Break, Wax Figure Unveiled

Berlin-based comedian and podcaster, Felix Lobrecht, has announced the return of his popular podcast "Gemischtes Hack" on September 3, 2025. This marks the end of the podcast's summer break, and a new era for the show as it adjusts its schedule moving forward.

Starting from 2026, there will no longer be a complete summer pause for "Gemischtes Hack". Instead, ten special episodes will be released during the summer months, with each moderator hosting solo. It is possible that these episodes will feature guests, although the exact content remains undisclosed. The podcast will continue at least until 2027, as Spotify has extended its contract with Lobrecht [1][2][3].

This change is intended to keep the podcast running throughout the summer months and to enrich the community [1]. The podcast, which ranks among the most successful talk podcasts on Spotify worldwide, will continue to provide entertaining discussions and engaging conversations.

Meanwhile, Madame Tussauds wax museum in Berlin has unveiled a wax figure of Felix Lobrecht, which will be displayed in the "Berlin Vibes" room. The figure is dressed in a floral shirt, gold chains, and a golden microphone, capturing Lobrecht's signature style. However, the creation of the figure required hours of measurement, including at times when Lobrecht was in his boxers [4].

Lobrecht himself found seeing his likeness in wax form quite creepy [5]. His novel "Sonne und Beton", a bestseller a few years ago, was also made into a film [6]. The unveiling of the wax figure took place at Madame Tussauds wax museum in Berlin [7].
