Each session will cover basic rules, strategies, and gameplay practice sessions. The course will use a 6-deck pack and will be held in Weiden's Media Room, Weigelstr. 16, 92637 Weiden.
For subscribers, the course fee is 45,- €, while non-subscribers will pay 65,- €. The minimum number of participants is 7, and the maximum is 16. Tickets can be purchased in offices in Weiden and Amberg, or online. The deadline for registration is February 15, 2024.
Meanwhile, in other news, Oppl in Mitterteich, a traditional Zoigl Stube, will no longer serve beer, but cask sales will continue. Elsewhere, a driver fell asleep on a federal road near Grafenwöhr, leading to a serious accident on B 299 near Grafenwöhr.
In a separate incident, a burned-out car with a body was discovered in Stetten near Neunburg vorm Wald. The Amberg Criminal Police are investigating the incident.
On a positive note, three breads from the Weiden bakery Brunner have been awarded top marks: the Upper Palatinate country bread, the Swiss mountain bread, and the genuine stone oven bread.
