Tomorrow, the European Championships for the four age classes in show jumping will commence in Lier, Belgium. The event marks the final of the Nations Cup series for ponies, children, juniors, and young riders.

Italy has demonstrated an impressive feat by qualifying all four teams for this prestigious event. This achievement is a testament to their consistent success, as they previously qualified in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2024.

The young riders' team, led by federation coach Piero Coata and team manager Marco Bergomi, will be represented by Edoardo Piccini riding Kompagnon LJD, Davide Vitale on Early Grey Z, Greta Lepratti with Mercy van het Ruytershof, Matteo Caporali on Gontendro, and Matina Ferrari on Alonko Hero Z.
