Liam Gallagher's Oasis tour reunion earns glowing praise from Noel Gallagher, who calls it 'remarkable'
In an unexpected turn of events, Noel Gallagher, one half of the iconic British rock band Oasis, has expressed admiration for his brother Liam's performance during the Oasis Live '25 tour. This tour, marking 30 years since the band's legendary sell-out nights at Knebworth Park, is set to continue next year with shows in major cities across the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Japan.
The tour kicked off on July 4, 2025, in Cardiff, and Noel was "completely blown away" after the band's opening night. He has since praised Liam's performance in his first interview since the tour began. Noel also admitted that he forgot how funny Liam was during the tour.
The upcoming Oasis Live '25 tour dates include August 28, 2025, at Soldier Field, Chicago, Illinois, USA, followed by shows at MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey, USA, on August 31 and September 1. The tour continues with shows at the Rose Bowl Stadium, Pasadena, California, USA, on September 6 and 7. Earlier shows include August 24 and 25 in Toronto, Canada at Rogers Stadium and August 25 at Soldier Field in Chicago, respectively.
Show times generally have doors opening around 5:30 PM with performances starting between 8:45 and 9:18 PM, depending on the venue. Tickets vary by venue but range roughly from $217 to $349 for these major U.S. shows.
The Oasis Live '25 tour reunion was announced in August of the previous year, and the lineup features Liam Gallagher, Noel Gallagher, Gem Archer, Andy Bell, and Chris Sharrock. The feud between Noel and Liam, which led to their split in 2009, seems to have been put behind them.
Noel has completed the UK-leg of the Oasis comeback tour and is pleased to be back working with Bonehead, Liam, and the rest of the band. He admitted that he underestimated what he was getting himself into when signing up for the shows, and his legs turned jelly during the tour. Noel also felt emotional during the tour, particularly after about halfway through the second song.
Despite these emotional moments, Noel expressed pride in his brother Liam after the Oasis Live '25 tour reunion. However, he has been evasive when quizzed on rumours about the band continuing their run of shows next year.
