Leviathan Engineering Brings BURN-E to Life with Functional WALL-E Robot Model

Leviathan Engineering, a prominent YouTuber, has successfully crafted a functional model of BURN-E, the lesser-known robot from the film WALL-E. The project, spearheaded by Leviathan, encountered challenges but resulted in an impressive replica.

Leviathan Engineering's fascination with BURN-E began with the movie and led to multiple attempts at constructing the character. While previous WALL-E builds were useful, the BURN-E model presented unique challenges. The initial design lacked clearance for the motors, requiring a redesign.

The team had to perform 'hand surgery' on the BURN-E model to rectify this issue. Despite the tight space, they successfully installed servos and an LCD screen. However, the wiring process was challenging due to the limited room. The painting of the model was described as 'suboptimal', with Leviathan planning to use oil paint markers for future projects.

Leviathan Engineering's BURN-E model is now functional, demonstrating the team's dedication and skill. Despite challenges like limited space and design flaws, the project resulted in a working replica of the lesser-known robot. The team's future projects are anticipated to benefit from the lessons learned during this build.
