Leftist political extremism allegedly drove the perpetrator of Kirk's assassination, according to JD Vance's statements.
In the aftermath of the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, a memorial service is set to take place at State Farm Stadium in Arizona on Sunday.
Vice President JD Vance, a close friend of Kirk and co-founder of Turning Point USA, will be escorting Kirk's casket on Air Force Two from Utah to Arizona on Sept. 12. Vance will also serve as a pallbearer during the memorial service.
The suspected assassin, Tyler Robinson, has been charged with aggravated murder and six other felonies. Utah prosecutors have announced their intent to seek the death penalty.
JD Vance has been vocal in his condemnation of those celebrating Kirk's death, stating that there is 'no unity' with such individuals. He has also addressed the constitutionality of firings and expulsions for praising Kirk's death.
In a recent episode of 'The Charlie Kirk Show,' Vance paid tribute to his late friend, expressing his grief and appreciation for Kirk's contributions.
The accusation that Robinson was radicalized by the far left, social networks, and ideas of the far left has been echoed by Vance. He has blamed Kirk's killing on 'left-wing political radicalization.'

According to court documents, Robinson, Kirk's suspected assassin, had become more political, leaning left, and supported 'pro-gay and trans rights.'
Vice President JD Vance has issued scathing words towards those questioning the motive of Charlie Kirk's accused killer, stating that it is not a 'both sides problem.'
Turning Point USA has announced that they will hold a memorial for Kirk in Arizona, inviting the public to pay their respects. The organisation, known for its conservative political activism, was co-founded by Kirk and Vance.
The memorial service for Charlie Kirk will be a poignant moment for many, marking the loss of a influential figure in conservative politics.
