Leaders from the hospitality and real estate sectors will convene for MTE Hanoi 2025.

In an exciting development for the Vietnamese real estate and hospitality industries, HoSkar Night will be held as part of MTE Hanoi 2025. This networking event, organised by WeHub and co-hosted by Kohler and Savills Hotels, is set to take place on October 1 at Ascott Tay Ho.

According to Mauro Gasparotti, the founder of WeHub, the conference aims to strengthen connections among professionals in these sectors. The initiative includes specialised sessions covering a variety of fields, with a focus on key global trends and local market movements.

The 2024 MTE conference, held separately on October 24, will equip professionals to prepare for the upcoming growth cycle in Vietnam's real estate and hospitality sectors. Recognised as one of Vietnam's most influential industry platforms, MTE provides a dynamic space for developers, hotel owners, operators, architects, and consultants to share insights and explore collaboration opportunities.

The trend is attracting international hotel brands, luxury residential projects, and integrated urban developments. Over 200 hotels are in the pipeline, and almost 50 ultra-luxury residential and branded residence projects are underway.

HoSkar Night will feature unique F&B showcases, a masterclass session on branded residences hosted by Masterise Homes, and a hospitality market panel with leading experts. The panel will include Michael Kokalari, chief economist at VinaCapital; Nelly Phuong Ta, head of Hospitality and Entertainment at Masterise Group; and Adam Riley, head of Hospitality at BIM Group, among others.

The 2024 MTE conference will focus on the theme of "Wellness Real Estate," reflecting the growing interest in second-home demand, retail reinvention, and wellness-driven living. MTE Hanoi 2025, on the other hand, aims to fuel meaningful conversations and connections to drive the next growth phase in the real estate and hospitality markets.

It's important to note that MTE Hanoi 2025 is Vietnam's largest platform for dialogue and collaboration in these sectors, and it is expected to gather more than 700 senior leaders and over 30 international speakers. The event promises to be a significant milestone for the Vietnamese real estate and hospitality industries, fostering valuable connections and providing insights into the future of these dynamic markets.
