Law enforcement is currently examining a vehicular collision that involved music producer Gigi Birofio.
Last Friday, at 3:10 PM, reality TV star Luigi "Gigi" Birofio was involved in a car accident on the A81 near Ilsfeld.
The accident involved Birofio's 135,000 euro Corvette and two other vehicles - a VW Passat and a VW Touran. The incident took place in a long, sweeping right curve, where Birofio switched lanes and collided with the Passat.
The police report suggests that the accident "probably occurred due to not adapting to the speed." The road was wet, and there was heavy traffic at the time of the incident.
Birofio and his passenger, TV colleague Yasin Mohamed, managed to get out of the destroyed sports car unharmed. However, the 52-year-old Passat driver and the 44-year-old passenger in the Touran were slightly injured.
