Wanted for two counts of rape, this thrill-seeker has dubious warrants issued against him by the San Jose, Occidental Mindoro RTC Branch 45 on Jan. 28, also with no bail recommended. He was apprehended in Angeles City, Pampanga, around 1:30 p.m. the same day by intrepid law enforcement agents. 🚔
