Latest Update from Mullen News: Volt Mobility, Bollinger B4, and TEC Equipment Make Headlines

In a significant move, Bollinger Motors, a U.S.-based company headquartered in Oak Park, Michigan, has announced its partnership with Volt Mobility and TEC Equipment. This alliance will see Bollinger Motors expand its commercial sales and service network, particularly in the Middle East and Gulf States.

Bollinger Motors, known for developing all-electric commercial chassis cab trucks, Classes 4-6, has become a majority-owned company of Mullen Automotive, Inc. since September 2022. The vehicles will be assembled at Mullen's Tunica, Mississippi-based Commercial Vehicle Facility.

Volt Mobility, a commercial EV leasing company founded in 2020, has quickly established itself as one of the largest and most influential in the region. With a portfolio of 17 models focusing on light, medium, and heavy-duty electric vehicles, Volt Mobility intends to lease the Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab to its corporate customers in the Middle East and Gulf States.

The Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab, an all-new Class 4 commercial truck designed with extensive fleet and upfitter input, will begin production on September 16, 2024. Deliveries are anticipated to begin in October 2024.

TEC Equipment, a family-owned, full-service truck and trailer dealership founded in 1976, has been named an official Bollinger Motors dealer. Participating TEC Equipment locations for sales and service of the Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab include San Diego, Fontana, Oakland (California), Portland (Oregon), Seattle (Washington), and additional service locations in Arizona, California, Iowa, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, South Dakota, and Washington.

Bollinger Motors is also partnering with Roush Industries for the production of the Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab. This partnership marks another step in Bollinger Motors' journey towards becoming a major player in the electric commercial vehicle market.

The UAE, a key market in the Middle East, has identified e-mobility as a priority policy area and is aiming to generate 100% power from clean energy sources by 2050. This aligns perfectly with Bollinger Motors' commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly transportation solutions.

In recent months, Bollinger Motors has reached several milestones, including announcing production of the Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab, receiving the Certificate of Conformity from the Environmental Protection Agency, and making various vehicle sales to Momentum Group, EnviroCharge, Spencer Manufacturing, and others.

Bollinger Motors has also added Nacarato Truck Centers, Nuss Truck & Equipment, and LaFontaine Auto Group as dealers and service centers. The company has partnered with Our Next Energy, Roush Industries, Syncron, and Amerit Fleet Solutions to further strengthen its position in the market.

As Bollinger Motors continues to grow and expand, its partnership with Volt Mobility and TEC Equipment is set to play a crucial role in its success in the Middle East and Gulf States. With the Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab set to hit the roads in October 2024, it's an exciting time for the company and the electric commercial vehicle market as a whole.
