The U23 Men's Eight (BM8+), consisting of Josh Brangan, Richard Hawes, Gabriel Obholzer, Tristan Wenger, Cameron Beyki, Harry Geffen, Ben Mead, Cameron Tasker, and Tom Bryce (cox), will also be representing Great Britain[3].

Other notable crews include the U23 Men's Double sculls (BM2x) consisting of Nat Gauden and Jack Cadwallader, the U23 Women's Pair including Rhiannon Luke and Chloe Sheppard, and the U23 Women's Squad, coached by Brian Young[6]. The U23 Men's pair (BM2-) consists of Marcus Chute and Theo Bell, and the Women's double sculls (BW2x) includes Ellie Dash and Megan Knight, both coached by Chris Bartley[6].

The U23 Men's quadruple sculls (BM4x) and the Women's quadruple sculls (BW4x) are also part of the team, with their crews yet to be announced[6].

The GB Rowing Team aims to consolidate their status as a leading rowing nation at the U23 level by showcasing strong preparation, strategic boat selection, and high expectations for medals and finals appearances in Poznan[1][4].
