Larissa Marolt Strikes Out in the Trader's Room - Larissa Marolt’s Rare Emperor Pin Fails to Sell on *Bargain Hunt XXL*

Actress Larissa Marolt took part in a festive edition of Bargain Hunt XXL on December 10, 2025. She presented a rare decorative pin once owned by Emperor Franz Joseph I, hoping to sell it for a high price. The episode aired as part of ZDF’s Christmas special line-up.

Marolt brought the historical pin to the show, dating it between 1872 and 1887. Expert Heide Rezepa-Zabel examined the piece and set its value at €2,000 to €2,500. Despite its diamond embellishments, the low gold content kept the estimate modest.

Marolt left the show without selling the emperor’s pin. The item remains in her possession, valued at less than half her original asking price. The episode highlighted both the pin’s historical significance and the challenges of pricing antique jewellery.
