To streamline the check-in process and facilitate faster travel, RGIA has also introduced new terminals and e-boarding services for both domestic and international flights.
RGIA's strategic location and extensive facilities have contributed to its significant growth. Last year, passenger traffic at the airport rose by 15% year-on-year, surpassing the 21 million passenger mark. The airport also handled over 140,000 tonnes of cargo between April 2022 and March 2023.
