In the heart of Bremen, Germany, on Saturday, September 14, 2024, the Weserpark will transform into a symphonic haven for the 4th Symphonic Mob. This popular free music event, which has been delighting audiences since 2016, is set to bring together 210 musicians, ranging from the tender age of 7 to the wise 82.

The event's location, Weserpark Bremen, can be found at Hans-Bredow-Straße 19, 28307 Bremen. The concert will take place in the atrium of the shopping center, surrounded by fashion stores, bookstores, photo studios, and hairdressers, creating an unique and vibrant atmosphere.

The Bremer Philharmoniker, under the baton of conductor Florian Ludwig, will be a significant part of this musical gathering. Some participants are returning for their second Symphonic Mob, while others will play in a large orchestra for the first time.

The program for the concert includes excerpts from Prokofiev's "Dance of the Knights," Brahms' "Hungarian Dances," and Schubert's "Unfinished" Symphony. Instruments as diverse as flutes (27), cellos, violins, and clarinets (each 18) will fill the air with harmonious melodies.

In addition, some participants will play unusual instruments like guitar, saxophone, or recorder, adding a touch of modernity to the classical repertoire.

For those who wish to witness this musical spectacle, a public rehearsal will take place before the concert at 10 am. The concert itself will begin at midday. Whether you're a music aficionado or simply looking for a unique cultural experience, the 4th Symphonic Mob promises to be an unforgettable event.
