LAG Altmühl-Donau Approves Mountain Bike Trail B13 for Responsible Sports Growth

The Local Action Group (LAG) Altmühl-Donau has planned a mountain bike trail, B13, as part of its efforts to enhance the region's sporting infrastructure. The trail aims to utilise natural spaces responsibly, with the German Alpine Club Eichstätt-Neuburg set to develop the project.

The LAG Altmühl-Donau, in its sixth meeting for the Leader funding period 2023-2027, approved several projects and measures. Among these, the development of the mountain bike trail B13 stands out. The trail aims to provide a new sporting offer for the region, complementing the area's existing recreational activities.

The German Alpine Club Eichstätt-Neuburg is spearheading the project. The club seeks to expand the region's sporting infrastructure while respecting and utilising the natural space responsibly. The trail, once completed, will offer cyclists a new challenge and attraction in the area.
