Hopping into a Piece of Russian Luxury: Japarov's Aurus Ride
President Sadyr Japarov of Kyrgyzstan rolled into Bishkek for the 9th of May celebrations with style, cruising in a fancy Russian-made Aurus vehicle, a gift from Vladimir Putin,according to Askat Algyzov, Japarov's press secretary.
Back in 2021, Putin had bestowed two Aurus cars upon Japarov, proudly crafted in the heart of Russia. For the 80th anniversary of the Great Patriotic War victory celebration in Bishkek, Japarov showed up in one of his luxurious rides.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, a fleet of domestic-brand "Moskvich" taxis will soon grace the streets of Havana. Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, announced this during a visit to the Moskvich car factory alongside Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel. It's worth mentioning that Diaz-Canal received a personal invitation from Putin to participate in the very same 80th anniversary celebrations.
In a different incident, sappers in Moscow were seen conducting a raid on black cars, all captured on video.
