Krasnodar’s startup accelerator kicks off fifth season with 70+ applicants

The Krasnodar Region is launching its fifth season of the Innovation Startup Funnel project, with over 70 applications already submitted for its accelerator program. The ten-week training course aims to nurture promising startups, fostering an innovation ecosystem and retaining talented teams in the region.

Vasily Vorobyov, head of the Krasnodar Region Department of Business Development and Foreign Economic Activity, stressed the importance of cultivating innovation. The accelerator program, part of the national project Efficient Competitive Economy, offers diagnostic sessions, one-on-one mentoring, financial and marketing consultations, and investor engagement preparation.

This season, four separate accelerator tracks are planned to help startups gain knowledge, build business models, find investors, and enter the market. The program is run by the Krasnodar Region Innovation Development Fund and supported by the regional Department of Business Development and Foreign Economic Activity.

With over 70 applications, the fifth season of the Innovation Startup Funnel project is set to foster growth and innovation in the Krasnodar region. The ten-week accelerator program seeks to equip startups with the tools needed to succeed in the market.
